Before your kit ships: cancel any time, for any reason. Your card was never charged, so there is nothing to refund. One email to hello@getmeshcam.com does it.
Dead on arrival: we replace the board, on us.
After delivery: 30 days on unused, unassembled kits; you cover return shipping. Assembled-and-field-tested beta hardware isn't returnable. That's the founders'-beta deal.
